These terms govern use of SEPAND Charity Organization’s website and online donation services.

Donations

Donation amounts are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. By submitting a donation, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge. Payment card details are handled by the connected secure payment processor and are not intended to be stored by SEPAND.

Receipts and records

Where a receipt or confirmation is available, it may be sent to the email address supplied by the donor. A payment confirmation is not necessarily an official charitable tax receipt. Eligibility for official donation receipts depends on SEPAND’s applicable registration status and Canadian tax rules.

Program designations

SEPAND will make reasonable efforts to apply designated gifts to the selected program. If circumstances make that impractical, funds may be redirected to a closely related charitable purpose or where they are most needed, subject to applicable law and organizational policy.

SEPAND aims to keep information accurate and current. Public statistics and third-party information may be updated by their original sources. Links to external websites are provided for reference and do not imply control over those sites.
